Like many people, you may be asking why you need a personal trainer. I see it this way – if your boiler broke, you’d call a plumber, you wouldn’t try and mend it yourself. If your car broke down, you’d call out a mechanic, rather than having a rummage round in the engine, hazarding guesses at what was wrong. It’s no different for exercise and diet. Why make guesses about the right way to do things, when you can hire a professional to get you the best results possible.

I care about your goals just as much as you do. I’ve worked in different gyms over the years, and have realised that gyms just don’t care whether members get results, all they are is a source of income. As a personal trainer however, I have as much invested in your aspirations and success as you do. I pride myself on delivering first class results, and won’t be happy until you’re happy.

I have several years of experience within the fitness industry, and have trained many different people, all training towards different goals. I provide training that is tailored to you. Sessions are conducted at a time and location of your choice, which is ideal if you have a busy schedule. Constant support and motivation is provided, and sessions are always challenging, but enjoyable.

What’s Involved?
You choose the time and place we train. If you’d like to train in a local gym then we can do that, likewise if you’d rather get outdoors to workout then I’m happy to meet in a local park. Or if you’re particularly busy, I can come to your home. All the equipment is provided, and I offer a variety of training methods, from kickboxing to kettlebells, and bands to bodyweight. My clients find they get most benefit from having two or three sessions per week, however I know that not everyone can commit to that, so I’m happy for you to do sessions at a frequency that suits you, and I’ll give you a home workout to do in your own time if you want.

I offer personal training suited to your budget. Many people think that personal training is just for the rich and famous, and simply not affordable. If you’re thinking this, then stop for a moment, and add up how much you’ve spent in the last month on meals out, coffees at lunchtime, drinks in the pub, and junk food - all things which are expensive, and moving you further away from your ideal body. Suddenly training sessions don’t seem like such a luxury.

ONLINE DIET PLANNING

There’s no doubt about it- diet is the hardest aspect of losing weight, and getting the body you want. It can be very confusing to know what foods you should eat, and what you should avoid, and even tougher making sure you maintain motivation levels and stick to your diet.

With online diet training, I set you up with a diet, which is based around your food preferences, schedule and goals. Each diet is individually tailored to the individual – this is not the same as simply following a diet from a weight loss magazine, which may or may not give you results, and can often be difficult to fit in around your work, social and family life.

I also offer frequent online consultations and updates. If you struggle with sticking to a diet, then this makes it much easier. You can email me whenever you like, with any questions you have, and I’ll respond within 24 hours. I also ask that you keep a food log. This helps you stay much more disciplined, and allows me to see where we might need to make changes. I’ll also make tweaks to the plan whenever they’re needed.

With this combination of knowledge and motivation, you simply can’t fail.

Please note that prices are for one to one sessions, I'm more than happy to conduct small group training, but there is a small fee on top.

I'm based in Hedge End, and if it takes me more than 25 minutes, or 12 miles to get to you, there will also be a small fee on top to cover petrol costs.
