NUTRITION

Most personal trainers won’t give you any advice on nutrition. And even if they do, it’s usually based on outdated concepts like the food pyramid, which simply doesn’t work, or it revolves around you having to eat every couple of hours, which for most people with hectic schedules and demanding jobs, simply isn’t feasible.

My approach to nutrition is based around you. We discuss your lifestyle, eating preferences, and work, social and family commitments, before deciding on a nutrition strategy which will compliment your training programme, and deliver results, and I promise that I will never have you eating the same boring, dry foods every day for weeks on end. Diet really is as important as training, so just picking a diet from a magazine or the Internet is very unlikely to give you the best results possible, you need something that’s specially designed for you.

ONLINE DIET PLANNING

There’s no doubt about it- diet is the hardest aspect of losing weight, and getting the body you want. It can be very confusing to know what foods you should eat, and what you should avoid, and even tougher making sure you maintain motivation levels and stick to your diet.

With online diet training, I set you up with a diet, which is based around your food preferences, schedule and goals. Each diet is individually tailored to the individual – this is not the same as simply following a diet from a weight loss magazine, which may or may not give you results, and can often be difficult to fit in around your work, social and family life.

I also offer frequent online consultations and updates. If you struggle with sticking to a diet, then this makes it much easier. You can email me whenever you like, with any questions you have, and I’ll respond within 24 hours. I also ask that you keep a food log. This helps you stay much more disciplined, and allows me to see where we might need to make changes. I’ll also make tweaks to the plan whenever they’re needed.

With this combination of knowledge and motivation, you simply can’t fail.
